1. Fill out the questionnaire from the GET STARTED navigation tab.

  2. Once I receive your form, you will be sent a tentative order outline and price quote.

  3. Once the order details are confirmed and you are ready to proceed, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice for a design deposit, which will equal 50% of the estimated total cost of your order. This deposit is deducted from your order total.

  4. At this time, you will also be sent an E-signature contract that you will need to read and sign before we proceed.

  5. Once you have accepted the terms and paid your design deposit, you will receive a link to the information form. This will provide me with the information that you want displayed on your invitations.

    • For stock designs, I will personalize the wording based on your specific wedding details. For an additional charge, I can customize fonts.  A font color change would be no additional charge. Artwork and layout cannot be altered for stationery from my stock collection.

    • For custom designs, we will communicate extensively, so that I can create a piece that incorporates all of your preferences for art design, colors, fonts, wording, and layout.

  6. If you have chosen to have envelopes printed (return address &/or guest addresses), we will send you a link to download the spreadsheet template. You will fill out the spreadsheet with your guest list information, and we will have them printed exactly as listed.

  7. Once the initial drafts have been completed (1-5 business days for designs from our stock collection, 1-3 weeks for custom designs), I will email you a set of digital proofs for you to look over and approve. At this time, you will be asked to accept & sign another e-signature contract approving the digital proofs.

  8. Upon your approval of the final stationery design and text, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice and payment request for the remaining balance due. The remainder of the total cost is due before the designs are sent to the printer or released to the customer as a printable pdf. The total price will include all costs associated with artwork design, shipping, printing, and additional fees. Production of your order will begin and order fulfillment will take place within our current project turnaround times once final payment has been made.


Most of my stock collection suites are available as printable designs. With this option, each piece of stationery included with your printable suite is personalized and provided via email as print-ready, non-editable PDF files for you to download and print locally or online. A standard printable package includes the invitation card, details card, and RSVP card (along with the outer envelope and RSVP return envelope). Additional items such as programs, menus, thank you cards, and more may also be available in printable format. Please contact us for printable package pricing and options. Anna Hobbs Design will not be held responsible for any discrepancy or inconsistency in print quality caused by a third-party printer or printer company.


Our printing partners have proven to produce high quality prints of my designs. Standard printing will be on 110lb smooth ultra-white paper. Other paper options may be available upon request.
